This is the address clients will see as the sender.

From Name

Shown as the sender name in the inbox.

If set, closeout and stats emails will also be copied here.

Email Templates (optional)

You can customize the email text used when sending post closeout stats and website ad stats. Use placeholders like {customer_name}. Leave blank to use the built-in default.
Tip: If you don’t want “Ad Spend” in post stats emails, just don’t include {spent}.

Post Stats Subject Template (GHScanner page/group)

Placeholders: {customer_name}, {post_title}, {scheduled_date}, {platform}

Post Stats Subject Template (Client-owned social)

Placeholders: {customer_name}, {post_title}, {scheduled_date}, {platform}, {destination}, {post_url}

Web Stats Subject Template

Post Stats Body Template

Placeholders: {customer_name}, {post_title}, {scheduled_date}, {platform}, {post_url}, {reach}, {clicks}, {reactions}, {comments}, {shares}, {saves}, {spent}, {captured_at}, {closeout_notes}

Post Stats Body Template (Client-owned social)

Used when a post is marked as Client-owned social. If blank, the system will use the built-in scripted email (or fall back to the main Post Stats template if provided).

Web Stats Body Template

Placeholders: {customer_name}, {period_label}, {hits}, {clicks}, {notes}

Test Email

Use this to send a quick test email using your current saved settings. If it arrives, your SMTP/email configuration is good to go.

Tip: If the test email fails, double-check your SMTP host, port (587 vs 465), security (TLS vs SSL), and username/password with your mail provider.
